In Khaga Kotwali area of ​​the district, a boy named Mohammad Shoaib came along with his companions and kidnapped the girl from her house. After getting information about the incident, the police registered a case and started investigation. At the same time, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has expressed strong objection to this. At the same time, the abducted girl's house is in Khaga Kotwali area. The family of Mohammad Shoaib lives in the neighborhood of the victim's family.

The family of the accused used to visit the house of the victim's family. On the night of April 9, Mohammad Shoaib alias Sheebu, kidnapped the girl and took her with him. The family members of the victim of Maurya family say that Sheebu was after her daughter for a long time. Trapping him in his love trap, he took her away. The girl's father says that his 16-year-old minor daughter may have also been converted. In his complaint to the police, the girl's father has named the accused Shoaib, brother Suhail, Salman, Kallu and his mother Noor Jahan as the main accused.

A case has been registered against these people under several sections including kidnapping and conspiracy to kidnap their minor girl. There is also a woman named Noor Jahan among the accused. This woman is accused of brainwashing this minor victim by luring her. In this case, the DSP says that the girl is being searched. At the same time, VHP has warned about the rising case of love jihad. VHP says that incidents of love jihad and conversion will not be tolerated in Fatehpur under any circumstances. The VHP said that the police register cases against youths from other communities in such cases, but do not arrest the accused who run the racket.
