Renowned producer, director and actor OP Ralhan has also contributed a lot to Hindi cinema. OP has acted in several hit movies in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. Recently, the actor has also inaugurated OP Ralhan Chowk in Mumbai in honour of him. The chowk was inaugurated by actor Dharmendra. Meanwhile, the entire Ralhan family including Manorama Ralhan, Munesh Ralhan, Arman Ralhan, Rashi Shah, Pradeep Shah and Rupali P Shah have also attended the inaugural ceremony. In the pictures, Dharmendra is seen lighting a lamp and inaugurating the function. Dharmendra recalls his friend OP Ralhan and said- If only memories can survive, I will call my friend Ralhan and tell him that let's make another Phool Aur Patthar. We had a friendship, love and admiration for each other. We were friends who used to fight and quarrel among themselves, but there was a relationship with each other that is going to last forever. On this occasion, the chowk is being named after him, now he is always going to be remembered with great love and respect. The memories are alive, they are still with us today.
Talking about Dharmendra's work front, the actor has been last seen in the 2018 film 'Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se.' Now Dharmendra has also shot for Karan Johar's movie 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.' He is next set to appear in his home production film 'Apne 2' which will feature Sunny, Bobby and Karan Deol alongside him.
