New Delhi: On Wednesday, Delhi police said they found the body of a guy with only his torso placed inside a plastic jute bag in an isolated spot in Rohini's Prem Nagar district.

According to a senior police officer’s statement, the body has yet to be recognised, and a team from the Forensic Science Laboratory is checking the scene.

"The body was found in the Prem Nagar police station area with only the male torso," said Deputy Commissioner of Police (Rohini) Pranav Tayal. "Legal action is being pursued, and an investigation is underway." Police stated that CCTV cameras installed in and around the location are being searched for identification of suspects who may have discarded the body here.
