The much-anticipated project announced last year is superstar Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan starer 'Thugs of Hindostan'. 

But the search for the female lead is still on. Earlier, the rumors of Vaani Kapoor has been finalized for the film were all around but no one from the team of the film had confirmed the news. 

Now if the reports are to be believed then recently Shraddha Kapoor gave a look test for the film already. The results are awaiting but if Rock On 2 actress passes the audition, we will see a fresh new pair of Aamir and Shraddha in the film. 

The film 'Thugs of Hindostan' is reportedly based on the novel Confessions of a Thug by Philip Meadows Taylor.
