As we know Shraddha Kapoor is doing biopic on Haseena Parkar (Dawood Ibrahim's sister). And an another biopic made it's way to Shraddha, it's biopic on World No. 1 Badminton Champion Saina Nehwal. Amole Gupte, will direct this film and it will be produced by Bhushan Kumar.

Shraddha confirmed, "Most girls would have played badminton at some point in their lives in school. I feel so lucky to be playing Saina, who is not just among the world's top badminton players, but also a youth icon. I can't wait to start prepping for my role."

Saina on this added, "Whoa! That's news to me... I was aware of the film, yes. But I didn't know about this casting. It's great if Shraddha is playing me, because she is a very talented actress and very hardworking! I am sure she will do justice to the role. The best part is, she is a good friend as well. So it will be easier to teach her some badminton. A lot of people tell me that we look similar and I think that's a huge compliment, cos Shraddha is very beautiful."
