New Delhi: After Ayodhya case, Shri Krishna Virajman has also approached the court in Mathura. In the court of Mathura, by filing a civil case, Shri Krishna Virajman has appealed to free his birthplace. Through this petition, he has sought ownership of 13.37 acres of Krishna Janmabhoomi, which was occupied by the Mughals and made a royal Idgah. The petition has demanded the removal of the royal Idgah mosque.

This petition has been filed on behalf of Lord Sri Krishna Virajaman, Katra Keshav Dev Khevat, Mauja Mathura Bazar city as advocate intimate Ranjana Agnihotri and six other devotees. However, the Places of Worship Act 1991 is becoming a hindrance in this matter. Through this act, a concession was given in the lawsuit against ownership right over the disputed Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid litigation. However, disputes in all religious or religious places, including Mathura-Kashi, were barred from litigation.

Just a few days ago, in the meeting of the Akhara Council in Prayagraj, the sage-saint Mathura Krishna Janmabhoomi and Kashi Vishwanath Temple were discussed. In this, the saints tried to start mobilization for Kashi-Mathura.
