On Saturday, a special panel prepared in Delhi for the alternate sanctum of the temple of Ramlala in Ayodhya, the city of Lord Shri Ram reached Ayodhya. Here, the optional sanctum sanctorum of Ramlala is to be built 24 feet long and 18 feet wide i.e. 432 square feet.

According to media reports, the pre-fabricated makeshift folding structure built in New Delhi has been kept in a confidential place under special security. The structure has been made fully air-conditioned. On March 24, on the eve of the new Samvatsar, Ramlala will be ritualistically distinguished in this structure with Vedic rituals.

From the first day of Navratri, the sight of Ramlala will be available to the visitors at the new place. The optional sanctum is of fiber. The devotees can easily see the Ramlala, so the front part of the sanctum sanctorum will be of bulletproof glass. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, engaged in the preparations for the construction of the temple, was entrusted with the task of constructing it on behalf of a reputed company of Delhi. Panels of alternative sanctum sanctorum constructed from Delhi will be assembled in the prescribed size at the marked place. According to the plan of the Trust, on March 24, Ramlala will be shifted to the alternate sanctum.
