Kamal Haasan’s elder daughter the pretty Shruti Haasan in her recent interview said , “I am not a feminist but a humanist” when she asked whether she was feminist seeing that she was singing a special song for Women’s Day.

The light eyed actress also added that “I didn’t like the way the term feminist boxed people in”

Shruti is working on a special song to contribute to women on Women’s day with  Ehsaan and Loy and  it will release on March 8.

Society’s major issue ‘WOMEN SAFETY’ has been vocal by herand she said, “mentality of men has to be changed and the onus was on mothers to raise their sons differently”

The actress will be seeing with hunk of bollywood John Abraham in the upcoming movie ‘Rocky Handsome’
