Now there are reports that once again Shweta became a victim of domestic violence and Abhinav also took beat his Step-daughter Palak. Yes, according to recent reports, there has been some probable between Shweta and Abhinav since last year, but both of them did not acknowledge it. As per report, Abhinav slapped Shweta's daughter Palak in anger and then Shweta went straight to the police station. A website quoted a source as saying that "Shweta in the police station was crying and screaming with her daughter. Her mother was also with her at the time. It is also said that Shweta has told the police that Abhinav is often drunk. "All of you are told that Abhinav was brought to the police station at around 1am on Sunday after the incident and the four were kept there for about 4 hours. At the same time, Shweta finally decided not to fight a legal battle and would take the responsibility of trying to resolve the matter at home.

According to another website, a report has been filed against Abhinav in the case, stating that Abhinav used vulgar language for Shweta's daughter Palak. At the same time, Shweta accused Abhinav of making obscene remarks on her daughter and showing pornographic photos of models on her mobile in October 2017. A complaint has been lodged against Abhinav under several sections at Samata Nagar Police Station and Abhinav has been arrested in this case and has initiated an investigation into the matter.
