New Delhi: Security has been enhanced in the national capital, Delhi and many other parts of the country ahead of Republic Day. Amidst all this, a phone call was made by the banned organisation in the CISF control room, which mentioned the farmers' tractor rally on January 26. According to the information, the phone call was made on behalf of Gurupatwant Singh Pannu, a terrorist of the Sikh for Justice organisation. It said that if there is any violence in the tractor rally of farmers, the government will be responsible for that.

Delhi Police and other intelligence agencies have been fully alerted after such threats came before republic day.  Sikh for Justice is a banned organization in India, whose name has been associated with the farmers' agitation in the years before. These phone calls came from number 13477934761. We do not want any violence, which says that the farmers of Punjab are gathered on the Singhu border. But if there is any violence in the farmers' tractor rally on January 26, India will be responsible for that," he said.

Earlier, the Government of India had declared Gurupatwant Singh as a terrorist. For quite some time, he has been working to raise his voice over Khalistan. On the occasion of Republic Day, farmers' organisations agitating over the agricultural law are going to take up tractor rallies. The Delhi police has allowed it, but the security has been tightened considerably. The Delhi police had earlier informed that some Twitter handles in Pakistan over the tractor rally were active, which are disturbing the atmosphere.
