Paragliding: There are two types of Paragliding flights, both are offered with Tandem flights, which means there will be a certified pilot with the adventurer. The first type is known as Medium Fly, Can fly at a medium altitude of about 1300-1400 meters. With this beautiful aerial view of Gangtok Township and Himalayan snow peaks can be seen and timing is 5-10 minutes. The second type is High Fly whose take off location is 2,200 meters. Along the wonderful view of the mountains, you can see Taktse International School at Pangthang, Bojoghari village and Tashi view point. Flying time is 20-30 minutes.
River Rafting: White water rafting in Teesta River. To make the travel an adventurous, you have to start with this. River is a haven for thrill seekers. An experienced guide will accompany during the activity. It is almost 30 minutes activity but will be loaded with memories. Separate rafting courses for swimmers, non-swimmers with varying levels of difficulty.
Mountain Biking: It is the recent best adventure product of Sikkim. The natural rugged and dramatic terrain of Himalayas offers an exciting bike trails. This is the new sport that Sikkim encourages and many have been attracted by the exiting thrills of this outdoor fun. One can enjoy the flora and fauna and lifestyle of Sikkim’s people can be best experienced while navigating through the green hills.
Trekking: The Goecha La Trek: At an altitude of 4939 meters, beautiful landscapes of the Himalayan Mountains can be relished, fresh cold breeze and the silence this Goecha La trek gives a different experience. Kanchenjunga and 14 other summits can be seen. The mountain range is holding extreme and harsh weather. Hence this trek level can be under moderate to difficult.
