Mumbai: Outbreak of Kovid epidemic is increasing even more rapidly. In the last 24 hours, 1,68,912 new cases of Kovid have been reported in the country and 904 patients have died. The total active cases in the country have gone up to 12,01,009. At the same time, 1,21,56,529 patients have been cured so far. With 904 new cases of death, the death toll from Corona has increased to 1,70,179 in the country. At the same time, the total number of cases in the country has risen to 1,35,27,717.

How many new cases in Maharashtra and Delhi: It has been learned that 51,751 new cases of Corona have been registered in Maharashtra. Apart from this, 258 people have died due to corona in the last 24 hours in the state. In Maharashtra, the death rate from Kovid has dropped to 1.68. There are currently 32,75,224 Home Quarantines and 29,399 Institutional Quarantines. The number of active cases in the state has gone up to 5,64,746. Maharashtra continues to face the threat of lockdown amid growing outbreaks of corona. Meanwhile, Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope told the Press Council after meeting CM that the lockdown is going to be imposed soon in view of the Corona epidemic in Maharashtra.

A record 11,491 new cases of Kovid have been reported in the last 24 hours in the country's capital, Delhi. At the same time, the maximum number of 72 patients died after 5 December. Earlier, on December 5, 77 patients died in the capital Delhi. The positivity rate in the state has increased to 12.44 percent. The number of active cases in Delhi has also crossed 38,000. Night curfew continues in Delhi.
