In 2014, a report card was obtained from the Sangh worker, especially CM Manohar Lal Khattar. CM himself reviewed the case related to his declarations. It was found that 315 announcements were not practical at all. Monitoring and Implementation Officer of CM announcements, TC Gupta told that between 2014-20 there were a total of 8111 CM announcements, out of which 4398 announcements have been completed. Work is in progress on 2388. While 1032 announcements have not been completed yet.

Gupta said that 95% of the announcements related to agriculture have been completed. 93% of Public Health Engineering Department and 77.7% of Health Department have been completed. Announcements related to school education, transport, electricity, public works, development and panchayat, urban local bodies will also be completed within the time limit.

CM Manohar Lal told them to immediately inform them about the feasibility of the announcements of CM. Along with providing administrative approval of such announcements, tenders should be invited, and the information should be uploaded on the website. CM clarified that when the work of the schemes starts after the announcement, the administrative secretary went to the field and progressed. Local public representatives should also be informed about this. Manoharlal said that the central government has included projects related to Indian National Highways and Railways in infrastructure development schemes. Now land can be acquired for these under the new Land Acquisition Act.
