Some changes in traffic in view of Hyderabad Sadar Utsav Mela

Hyderabad: Sadar Utsav Mela which was started in 1946 at Narayanguda YMCA, Hyderabad by Late Shri Salandri Nyam Choudhary Mallaiah Yadav. Like every year, this year also it is to be organized at YMCA, Narayanguda. In view of this fair, from 7 pm on Saturday till 5 am on Sunday, some traffic restrictions have been imposed around it. According to the traffic police, traffic will not be allowed from Kacheguda intersection towards YMCA and will be diverted towards tourist hotel in Kacheguda. . Traffic going towards YMCA from Vittalwadi intersection will be diverted towards Ramkoti intersection.

Traffic will not be allowed from Rajmohalla and will be diverted towards Ramkoti intersection at Sabu Shop Point. Vehicles from Reddy College will be diverted towards Barkatpura. Traffic will not be allowed from the old Barkatpura post office towards YMCA and will be diverted to either Crown Cafe or Lingampalli. The traffic from Old Excise Office Lane towards YMCA will be diverted towards Vittalwadi and from Barkatpura Chaman towards YMCA either towards Barkatpura intersection or towards Tourist Hotel. Vehicles moving from Brilliant Grammar School (near Narayanguda flyover) towards Reddy College will be diverted towards Narayanguda intersection. Police requested citizens to take alternate routes to reach their destinations and cooperate.

Sadar Utsav Mela may have been organized by their respective Chowdhury in many other areas of Hyderabad over time, Narayanguda YMCA Sadar (near Reddy Women's College) attracts the biggest crowd due to its history and popularity. That is why it is called Peda Sadar. Narayanguda YMCA Sadar has been organized uninterruptedly since 1946 by its founder Late Shri Salandri Nyam Choudhary Mallaiah Yadav and later by his family members.
