Kartik Aaryan, a name synonymous with success in Bollywood today, had a humble beginning fraught with challenges. Born and raised in Gwalior, Kartik struggled with financial burdens due to his family's debts. Despite these hurdles, he pursued his dream relentlessly.

During his university days, Kartik started his journey with modeling and later enrolled in an acting course at the Creating Characters Institute after facing rejection in numerous auditions for three years. His breakthrough came when he landed a role in the romantic comedy "Pyaar Ka Punchnama," where his monologue became an instant hit.

Post his debut, Kartik continued to climb the ladder of success with hits like "Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2," "Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety," and more recently, "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2" and "Satyameva Jayate 2." His ability to connect with the audience and deliver solid performances has made him one of the most bankable actors in the industry.

Reflecting on his early struggles, Kartik revealed in an interview with Raj Shramani, "There was always a big 'fight' about money. When I was growing up in Gwalior, my parents were in debt. It wasn't that we were poor, but we weren't rich either. In such a situation, we had more debt than income."

Even after achieving stardom, Kartik remained grounded and remembered his days of borrowing money from friends. "When I came to Mumbai, I took an educational loan. It has been a loan life, a life of borrowing among friends. For a long time, I used to borrow money from friends and tell them that I would return it in a few days," he shared.

From struggling to pay off loans and borrowing from friends, Kartik's life has now completely changed. He commands a fee of approximately ₹40 crores per film, as per reports. However, for his latest release, "Chandu Champak," where he plays the role of Murlikant Petkar, Kartik reportedly reduced his fee to ₹25 crores. Kartik Aaryan's journey is not just a story of talent and perseverance but also a testament to how dedication and hard work can transform one's life. From auditioning tirelessly to becoming one of Bollywood's highest-paid actors, Kartik continues to inspire many aspiring talents in the industry.
