Lucknow: Several ministers of the Yogi government are said to be upset over the action on corruption in transfers in UP. Now, Akhilesh Yadav has attacked the Yogi government over this. Akhilesh Yadav tweeted that sometimes the bulldozer also runs upside down. Not only this, but Akhilesh Yadav also suggested the resignation of Dinesh Khatik, a minister in the Yogi government. Akhilesh Yadav said, "Where there is no honour to be a minister, but there is an insult to being a Dalit. Resigning from such a discriminatory BJP government is the right way to honour your society.''

Akhilesh Yadav's attack came after Yogi government minister Dinesh Khatik's resignation came to light. In fact, Dinesh Khatik, the Minister of State for the Jal Shakti department in the Yogi government, has sent his resignation to Union Home Minister Amit Shah alleging that Dalits are not getting due respect in the government.

जहाँ मंत्री होने का सम्मान तो नहीं परंतु दलित होने का अपमान मिले… ऐसी भेदभावपूर्ण भाजपा सरकार से त्यागपत्र देना ही अपने समाज का मान रखने के लिए यथोचित उपाय है।

Dinesh Khatik has also sent his resignation to CM Yogi Adityanath and Raj Bhavan. Minister of State for Jal Shakti, Dinesh Khatik has alleged that being a Dalit, he is not heard in the department nor is he informed of any meeting. He alleged that only the car and security have been given as the right of the Minister of State.
