The King of Fruit, Mangoes are rich in iron and are stoked with vitamins  A, B-6 and C. Besides its juicy taste and being highly delicious, they are high in antioxidants and low carbohydrates being valuable in combating acidity and poor digestion.  In fact, Sonam Kapoor recommends munching on fruit popsicles. With hot months setting in and taking a toll on our health, keeping the body cool needs to be of top priority as regular hydration will help you work efficiently.

 

Now, the Neerja actress shared a recipe of her 'favourite season's favourite fruit' that is made by celebrity Chef Chinu.

 

Sharing the recipe, Chef Chinu wrote, "You are never too old to enjoy popsicles, especially in our crazy Indian summers! These popsicles are super easy to make (I've always been suspicious of popsicle moulds ordered off the internet, but these came out like a dream!) Let’s know the Recipe

 

Ingredients

1 cup chopped mango

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup blueberry (fresh or dried)

Method 

Step 1: Chop mango and keep it in the freezer until frozen

Step 2: Once frozen, blend it in a mixer with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3: Add blueberries in the moulds and set it until frozen

Step 4: To remove the mould, take out of the freezer for 1 minute before pulling it out
