Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Dr Narottam Mishra has raised questions about congress taking to the streets over Congress chief Sonia Gandhi's appearance before the Enforcement Directorate (RD). He said that earlier on Yuvraj's appearance, the Congressmen come out on the road. Now that Rajmata is going, Congressmen are on the road. Congress knows how to celebrate offence.
Narottam Mishra said at a regular press briefing that Congress has learnt to celebrate offence. What has happened now. The police officer has called. The accusation is the bayonet. There are allegations of corruption and malpractices. First Yuvraj had gone, then the Congress came to the streets. Now Rajmata is going, so they are coming on the streets, why? If you are wrong, tell the media that you are wrong. Congress knows how to make crime a celebration. These people want to put pressure on the Enforcement Directorate. That's why they're on the streets.
What is the matter?
The Enforcement Directorate, which is probing the money laundering case related to the National Herald newspaper, on Thursday summoned Congress President Sonia Gandhi for questioning. Congress has strategised a countrywide demonstration to oppose the questioning. Earlier too, when Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was questioned by the Enforcement Directorate in this case, Congress leaders took to the streets and protested.
