The baby reportedly had a hole in her heart since birth. The family had sought help from Sonu Sood through social media. As soon as Sonu came to know about it, he sent his representative Hitesh Jain to Jalore in Jodhpur and then the family took the girl to Jodhpur. Here, they have been asked for an expenditure of Rs. 8 lakhs for the operation at a private hospital. As soon as he came to know about it, Sanchaur resident Yogesh Joshi tweeted and narrated the entire incident to Sonu Sood. After this, Sonu Sood extended his hand to help and took up the responsibility of operating on the girl.

After learning this, Sonu Sood told the family, "Don't worry, you will send this baby girl home soon after she is completely healthy. After that, I will definitely come to your house once and eat Rajasthani food". Not only that, the family has also named the daughter Sonu.
