Former world billiards champion Saurav Kothari has won the Pacific International Billiards Championship title, which is also being called his second title in this competition. Kothari thus became the second cue player after Australia's Matthew Bolton to win a double title at the Pacific International Championship.

Kothari defeated England's champion Rob Hall 1500-1321 in the finals of the Level 5 World Billiards Ranking Tournament.
