Necessary ingredients :

200 gms processed Mutton

60 grams of refined oil

2 grams of curry leaves

10 grams of garlic

6 grams Green Chilli

40 grams onion

15 grams of ginger

10 grams coriander, chopped into pieces

1 gram coriander powder

1 gram cumin powder

1 gram turmeric powder

1 gram garam masala powder

3 grams of a red chilli powder

 salt

1 lemon

20 grams tomatoes

Preparation method: Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, onion, curry leaves, green chillies and fry it till it becomes light golden brown. Now add processed crab and fry for 5 more minutes. Now after 10 minutes of changing the color of the crab, cook it on medium flame, then add dry spices like coriander, turmeric, safflower, red chilli, red chilli, garam masala powder, cumin and salt as per taste.
