Joseph (2018): Director M. Padmakumar's movie features Joju George whose screen presence is very special. He played the role of a retired divorced policeman who is consuming alcohol with ease and is not going to be offended by various types of drugs. The name of this character is Joseph. Joseph is a great investigator and he has caught the smallest thing and found the culprit. The story of the movie goes on and Joseph's ex-wife Stella is hit by a road accident and dies in the hospital in a few days. Joseph is convinced that the road accident was actually a deliberate conspiracy and Stella was killed. That's how the story goes on and Joseph uncovers a very big secret.
Owner (2021): The owner is a political thriller movie in which Fahad fazil is playing a role named Suleiman. The movie begins and it turns out that Suleiman is a great political figure who has become the messiah of a faction. It is also known that the opposition camp wants to eliminate him and plans are on to kill him. In the meantime, the movie goes into the flashback and understands how a small goon from a town has become the owner. The town was witnessing the Muslim vs Christian conflict and at the centre of it was Suleiman. The movie is directed by Mahesh Narayanan, who had earlier made movies like See You Soon, Take Off. The movie has a brilliant acting by Fahad Fazil and the movie puts many dimensions of communal conflicts in front of you without becoming a party.
