New Delhi: Petrol and diesel prices in the country are constantly rising. In such a situation, the issue also heated up in the country's parliament on Monday. The opposition launched a scathing attack on the central government on the issue of petrol, diesel and price rise. Samajwadi Party (SP) Rajya Sabha member Jaya Bachchan said, "I am afraid that the unemployed and poor people may not come out on the streets and India will not become like the French Revolution.''

Another Rajya Sabha MP from the Samajwadi Party (SP), Ramgopal Yadav, said that in a few days, there will be a Situation similar to Sri Lanka here. In fact, Sri Lanka is suffering badly from the economic crisis these days. Jaya Bachchan took a dig at the government on the issue of the country's price rise and unemployment, saying, "There was a song in Manoj Kumar's film that 'price rise has gone, whatever was left was price rise'. The government should now take some steps for the poor and unemployed. 
 
Jaya Bachchan further said, "I am afraid that these unemployed youths and poor people may not come out on the road. Don't be like the French Revolution. SP MP Jaya Bachchan said that the government does not allow a discussion in the House.'' The government has so much money, give a little to the public and give jobs to the people.
