On the other hand, Akash's lawyer Pushymitar Bhargava told the press that " A bail petition has been filed in the court of Justice Suresh Singh. It will be heard on Saturday. Justice Bhargava has directed the concerned police station and superintendent of police in Indore to present the diary of the case to the court."
