Ingredients Of Spicy Chicken Curry

-2 Tablespoon Oil 

-1/2 Cup of Water

-1 teaspoon Ghee

-1 Tablespoon Garlic paste

-1 Cup of Onion paste

-1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder(may vary according to taste)

-1 Tablespoon Ginger paste

-1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

-1 teaspoon Salt (may vary according to taste)

-1 Cup of Tomato Puree

-2 teaspoon Coriander powder

-2 teaspoon Cumin powder

-1 teaspoon Garam Masala

-6 Nos Chicken leg pieces

-1 Cup of chopped Coriander leaves

 

PREPARATION:

1. In a pan heat oil and ghee on a medium flame.

2. Put some onion paste, stir, let it turn to golden pink.

3. To it, add ginger paste and garlic paste.

4. Cover the pan with a lid and let the mixture become thick. Make sure it does not burn, or it would spoil the taste.

5. After the paste is well cooked, add turmeric powder and salt to the paste. Let the spices cook for a while.

6. Now add tomato puree to the yellow mixture, stir and let it stand for a while.

7. Add a spoon of coriander powder, a spoon of red Chilli powder, and little cumin powder and also Garam Masala for a rich taste.

8. Put the washed chicken pieces in the mixture and cook for 5 minutes.

9. When chicken seems to have covered itself with the gravy, add the chopped coriander leaves to it.

10. Add water and cook for some time.

11. Pour the curry in a pressure cooker. Cook for about 4-5 whistles. Make sure the chicken has become soft.

12. Garnish your dish and serve with love.
