Chennai: A specialist doctor from England arrived here to examined Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa, who has been in hospital for over a week.
Though her party, the AIADMK, has not mentioned anything about the doctor’s visit and not even reported regarding her health in over 40 hours.
On Thursday night, Apollo Hospital provided the last medical update on the condition of 68-year-old CM and said that, “she was responding well to treatment but had been advised to stay in hospital for a few more days.”
