Preparation method: Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and separate their stem. Let the leaves dry slightly and then finely chop them. Finely chop the green chilies. Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them in a bowl. Add chopped chili, spinach, salt, red chili and maida. Mix them well.

When they are lightly cooked, add tomato puree, garam masala and salt over it. Now add the ground spinach in this mix and let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Add cream and mix it well. Let it boil for a minute and then turn off the gas. Before serving, add lemon juice and then add the koftas.
