#Ingredients:
Flour - 2 cups
Baking powder ½ teaspoon

#For Filling material:
Finely chopped cabbage 1 cup
Paneer  1/2 Cup
Onion finely chopped 1
Finelychoppedgreenchilli
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Capsicum 1 finely chopped
Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil for frying.

#Method:

In the first case, mix the flour with baking powder and make a thin and smooth solution with the help of water. (Meaning that a cup of flour makes a little less water than the dad cup). After that, cover this solution for 1 hour so that the solution forms well.

#To make filling: Now add oil to the pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot then add onion, green

chillies, fry a little bit, then add chopped cabbage, capsicum and cottage cheese, and mix it well for 1-2 minutes then add black pepper, salt. Put soya sauce and mix well. Filling material has been prepared. #Now heat a nonstick pan and add some oil and low the flame of gas and add a spoonful of flour and spread it like dosa and let it dry on a low flame, when the color from the top surface changes and starts to leave the shore, take out and place on a separate plate. Prepare all wrappers in the same way when all wrappers are ready, then take one wrapper and put 2 spoons of filing mixture to it and spread it in a roll shape. Rolling the wrapper, folding from right to left and left side slightly, after folding from top to bottom, seal the roll from all sides. Put the finished roll in the plate and prepare all rolls in the same way.

#For shallow frying Pour the roll over the non-stick pan and put oil on the four sides and take the golden peak of the turn over. Make all rolls the same way #Deep frying Put oil in the kadhai and heat it. Put as many rolls as you can in this hot oil, stirring the roll and turn the roll over and turn it till golden. Now remove the rolls by placing the paper napkin in the plate and prepare the rolls of the rolls in the same way.
