This happened to the fresh face of the Bengali actress Srestha Banerjee. Recently, the actress is on top of the world after getting the news that her short film titled Saving Chintu is selected for nomination in the Oscars from India.
Talking about the film, apart from Srestha, this film also stars Adil Hussain in the key role. Expressing her happiness, the actress said, "It is a great feeling. Right from reading the script and the making the film with Adil Da, this short film is so special". Talking about Oscars there are three other films competing with the film Saving Chintu.

The three selected films include Keith Gomes’ Shameless, Tushar Tyagi’s Saving Chintu and Shaan Vyas’ Natkhat in the live action short category, and Saurav Vishnu’s Tailing Pond is in the documentary short subject category.
