Bollywood's famous actress Sridevi observed fast for 7 days when Rajinikanth became ill. In 2011, he was out of sorts due to the shooting of the movie 'Rana'. Superstar Rajinikanth's condition had reportedly deteriorated, after which he was shifted to a hospital in Singapore. Sridevi was her close friend, and when she came to know about this, she prayed for Shirdi Sai Baba to recover Rajinikanth quickly.
For this, she also observed fast for 7 days. She also allegedly went to the Sai Baba temple in Pune and prayed there. Sridevi and Rajinikanth worked together in many movies, including 'Mundru Mudichu', 'Johnny', etc. On August 13, Sridevi's 57th birthday.
