Benglore :  Indian team captain Virat Kohli led Royal Challengers Bangalore has failed to perform good in last session of IPL. In view of this, Bangalore made major changes in their coaching staff for the next season. Recently RCB appointed former New Zealand coach Mike Hewson as their team's director of cricket operations and former Australian all-rounder Simon Katich was given the responsibility of head coach.

Now the Bangalore team has also announced its support staff. Royal Challengers Bangalore has appointed former India player and Australian spin bowling coach Sreedharan Sriram as the batting and spin coach of the team by RCB. Shriram is considered to be a big hand in the success of Australia. Shankar Basu has been appointed as the strength and conditioning coach of RCB.

Ivan Speechly has been made the team physio. Major Soumyadeep has been made the team manager. The Bangalore team has appointed Adam Griffith as bowling coach. Adam Griffith has been the bowling coach of Australia. Currently, he is appointed as the head coach of the Australian team Tasmania. The coach of the team hoped that they would win the title by performing brilliantly in the next season.
