SS Rajamouli is one of the most loved directors of the Tollywood industry currently enjoying the win of Naatu Naatu song at the Golden Globes Award show. ‘In the recent interview, the director opens up about comparing Hrithik Roshan with Prabhas. Recently his video of stating that Hrithik is nothing in front of Prabhas went viral all over social media. 

The interview is 15 years old, But His comment led to a social media storm leaving fans divided. In the recent interview, Veteran director opens up about his comment and said, “It was long, long back... I think some 15-16 years back. But yeah, my choice of words wasn’t good, I must admit it. My intention was never to degrade him, I respect him a lot. It is long back."

Earlier Rajamouli’s old video went viral. In the viral video he compared Hrithik with Prabhas. He said “When Dhoom 2 released two years ago, I wondered why only Bollywood can make such quality films. Don’t we have heroes like Hrithik Roshan? I just saw the songs, poster and trailer of Billa, and I can only say one thing. Hrithik Roshan is nothing in front of Prabhas. I’d like to thank Meher Ramesh (director) for taking Telugu cinema to Hollywood  level,"

 SS Rajamouli’s RRR became a Blockbuster not only in India but also in other parts of the world. Speaking of RRR, it is a fictional story set in the 1920s pre-independent era and is based on the lives of two real heroes and well-known revolutionaries – Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. While Ram Charan played Ram, NTR was seen as Bheem. The film has grossed over Rs. 1000 crore worldwide during its theatrical run.
