State Selection Board (SSB), Odisha has issued an official notification for the recruitment of lecturers in State Universities on its official portal. The process of online registration for SSB Odisha recruitment will commence on 22nd March 2021. SSB has 972 recruits down in this post. After commencement of the application process, interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply online on http://www.ssbodisha.nic.in. before 21st April 2021.

Out of a total of 972 recruitments, 159 vacancies for English, 135 for Political Science, 134 for Commerce, 78 for Economics, 73 for Logic and Philosophy, 61 for Zoology, 60 for Chemistry, 51 Education, 49 for Botany, 42 for Mathematics and Physics, 24 for Psychology, 20 for Sanskrit, 15 for Sociology, 13 for Home Science, 11 for Anthropology, 3 for IRPM, and 2 recruits down for Statistics.
The scale of pay:
A salary of 44900 to 142400 will be paid for the lecturer (DP post) (level 10).
Educational Qualification:
Candidates applying for the posts should have a master's degree in the subject pertaining to a recognized university with at least 55% marks.
Age-limit:
The candidates who have applied should be between 21 and 42 years of age. The upper age exemption for candidates of the reserved category will be made as per government norms.
Application Fee:
The application fee for general category candidates is Rs. 500. SC / ST / OBC / For PWD candidates, the registration fee is 200.
