250 Gram Almonds, 13 Tbsp Desi Ghee and 10 Tbsp Sugar
1.First of all Blanch the almonds in hot water and Peel off the almond skin.
3.Now, make a paste of the them by putting in a blender and mix till it becomes a course paste.
4.In a thick bottom pan heat desi ghee and add the almond paste then add sugar and keep cooking on slow fire till light golden brown in color. Your halwa is ready garnish it with pieces of almonds.
