Presently, Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office, Dr. Jitendra Singh said that the residents of Jammu and Kashmir will get every facility like other states of the country. All 854 central laws will be made effective in the state. Dr. Singh has said that all the States / Union Territories should comply with the Department of Personal for transparency in transfers. He was addressing a meeting of administrative officials in Delhi on Friday.

No special concessions are being given to the people of Jammu and Kashmir. They will now get the full benefit of the welfare schemes, central laws of the Center. The central government is serious about making all central laws effective in Jammu and Kashmir. In Jammu and Kashmir, there were only 200 laws before them. Singh has said that it is our best effort to compensate for the discrimination and injustice that has been done to the people of Jammu and Kashmir in the last seven decades. After the removal of Article 370, the people of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh have great expectations from the Modi government. Serious action is being taken to meet these expectations.
