West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting the closure of all flights in West Bengal due to Coronavirus. The 22-year-old resident of Ballygunge area of the metropolis, who came in contact with his parents and maid, has confirmed the infection and returned to Kolkata on 13 March.
