In terms of assembly, political wires of Maharashtra have also been connected to Gurugram after Uttar Pradesh. Four Nationalist Congress Party MLAs stayed in a large hotel located in Gurugram city adjacent to Delhi.

According to media reports, the politics of Maharashtra is constantly changing its attitude after Devendra Fadnavis became the Chief Minister and Ajit Pawar as Deputy Chief Minister. In such an environment, there is a lot of uneasiness within the Shiv Sena, Congress and NCP. Sources say that strict security arrangements were made in the hotel where the NCP MLAs were staying. Every vehicle was examined and the person was allowed to enter only after questioning.

After the information of NCP MLAs inside the hotel, some party workers tried to reach inside the hotel. At the same time, a worker was also detained by the police which was later released after questioning. However, this has not been confirmed by the police. When a senior BJP leader was asked about the stay of NCP MLAs in the hotel in Gurugram, he said that no one can be stopped from visiting Gurugram and staying in the hotel. Along with this, he also said that he does not have any information about NCP MLAs.
