Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, general secretary of the All India Congress Committee and in-charge of Uttar Pradesh has started a vigorous effort to bring the Congress back on track in Uttar Pradesh. Priyanka Gandhi, who was very active during the Lok Sabha elections 2019, reached Lucknow today on a two-day tour. Here, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will review the preparations for the Bharat Bachao rally to be held in Delhi on 14 December and will also discuss Mission 2022.

On Friday, after reaching the Lucknow airport, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra first reached Gokhale Marg, the residence of her relative former minister Sheila Kaul. After staying here for some time, the Congress Headquarters of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee reached Nehru Bhavan and saluted them with a garland on the picture of Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar on Parinirvan Divas.

Priyanka Gandhi will hold a meeting with Vadra workers in the state headquarters till late evening. She will hold a 16-hour marathon meet on the two-day tour of Lucknow. Today, from 11.15 to two in the afternoon and again from four to eight in the evening, the party will hold meetings with the officials. On Saturday too, there will be meetings from 11 to two in the morning and again from four to seven in the evening. First she is now meeting with the party's advisory committee. Former ministers Jitin Prasad, Rajiv Shukla, Nasimuddin Siddiqui are in the meeting. Former ministers Salman Khurshid and RPN Singh included in this committee are yet to arrive.
