New Delhi: India has issued a stern warning to China over flying fighter jets near the International Border (LAC) in eastern Ladakh. India has asked China to keep its fighter jets away from the Ladakh border. In fact, in the past, China's fighter jets came very close to the border of India. India has issued this warning to China at a time when it is having a dispute with Taiwan.
China has been in tatters ever since US Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited Taiwan. In protest, China is also conducting military exercises in areas along the Taiwanese border. India had convened a military-level meeting with China on the issue. In the meeting, India protested against China's provocative activities in eastern Ladakh. Talking to the media, sources in the government said that the special military meeting was held under the chairmanship of a major general. The Air Commander of the Air Force was also present during this time.
This was the first time that an Indian Air Force officer had participated in military-level talks amid the ongoing border dispute between India and China in eastern Ladakh. The meeting was held on Tuesday at Chunshul Moldo. According to sources, in the meeting, India made it clear to the Chinese side that the aircraft should remain within its limits while flying. As well as they follow the LAC and 10 km CBM line.
