Uttar Pradesh STF, which plays an important role in the encounter, is being told that the car overturned badly due to the flock of cattle in front. The policemen sitting in the car fainted for some time. Vikas Dubey did not have a single scratch and started snatching the pistol of Inspector Ramakant Pachauri.
