According to the new study by Chinese hospital, stomach cancer can now be diagnosed through urine test. This has a major significance when it comes to treatment of stomach cancer because now it can be detected at a very early stage.

The research findings, formulated by a team led by Professor Zhu Zhenggang and Yu Yingyan, from theShanghaiResearch Institute of Digestive Surgery, was published in the international academic journal "Oncotarget".

This discovery means alot more to the Chinese people because many miss a chance to get operated when the cancer is diagnosed in it’s mid or terminal stage, mainly because of the fear of the Gastroscope test.

The team is now working on a clinical application of the same.
