New Delhi: There was a lot of stir in the Rajya Sabha today regarding the new agricultural laws of the Center and the farmers' movement. In the Rajya Sabha, Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad raised the issue of food providers in the House. Due to this, Ghulam Nabi said that on three borders of Delhi (Indus, Tikri, and Ghazipur), where the agitators' movement is going on, there is increasing police tightness. Why is this being done? The government should not fight farmers but China and Pakistan.

Ghulam Nabi said, "Farmers give bread to 130 crore Indians. We will not get anything by fighting with the feeders. The British also bowed down to the donors and we have to win the battle with Pakistan and China, not with the donors.” He said, “The deadlock that has been built, this is not the first time. This battle has been going on for hundreds of years.” This led to Ghulam Nabi Azad mentioning the laws brought by the donors. Through this, Azad tried to explain that many times those laws have been withdrawn if the donors have not asked. He said, "The whole country and all the parties are together and we now want the donors to be profitable."

Ghulam Nabi Azad further said, "Some people are missing since 26 January, they should be searched. What happened at the Red Fort on 26 January cannot be tolerated at all. Those involved were given the harshest punishment. But innocent people should not be implicated. He also demanded the Modi government to withdraw all three agricultural laws."
