Subramaniam Swamy wrote in a tweet, "It is very sad for Sushant Singh Rajput's fellows that the investigation is being conducted very carefully to satisfy those seeking quickly for Sushant. I think the CBI should now file a case under section 302, as the information available with them is legally sufficient."

Sushant's fans have also reacted to Subramaniam Swamy's tweet. Many people have also spoken of being furious at the earliest.
