Subramaniam Swamy wrote in a tweet, "It is very sad for Sushant Singh Rajput's fellows that the investigation is being conducted very carefully to satisfy those seeking quickly for Sushant. I think the CBI should now file a case under section 302, as the information available with them is legally sufficient."
