New Delhi: Sukesh Chandrashekhar, imprisoned in Delhi's Mandoli Jail, has written a letter to the Lieutenant Governor (LG) of Delhi VK Saxena. In this letter, Sukesh has made very serious allegations against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain, imprisoned in Tihar Jail on corruption charges. Tihar Jail DG Sandeep Goyal is also under the scanner. In the letter, Sukesh claimed that he has been imprisoned since 2017 for corruption and some economic offences.

Sukesh has claimed that he has known Satyendra Jain since 2015 and has given Rs 50 crore to AAP. In return, the party had promised him a big post in South India and also assured him to nominate in the Rajya Sabha. Sukesh has further written in his letter that in 2017 when I was arrested in the party symbol case and I was imprisoned in Tihar Jail, Delhi Jail Minister Satyendar Jain came and met me several times. During this, he asked me many times whether I have given any information regarding the money I have given to AAP to the investigating agency that made the arrest.

Sukesh further wrote that, in 2019, he met Satyendra Jain and his secretary, as well as met his special friend Sushil in jail and I was asked to give protection money of Rs 2 crore per month. Along with this, money was also asked to be given for basic facilities. Apart from this, one and a half crore rupees were also asked to be given to DG Tihar Jail Sandeep Goyal and it was told that DG is his loyal associate. I was pressurized to give Rs 10 crore in 2-3 months. All this money was taken by Chaturvedi, a special associate of AAP minister Satyendar Jain in Kolkata. Sukesh said in his letter that, he gave a total of Rs 10 crore to Satyendra Jain and Rs 12.50 crore to DG Tihar Jail Sandeep Goyal, as protection money.

In the letter written to the LG, Sukesh has written that even during the ED's investigation, he had exposed the racket run by DG Tihar and had also demanded a CBI inquiry in the matter through the High Court. In this, the court, while issuing the notice, has fixed the date of the hearing next month. Even during the CBI investigation, Sukesh had told about giving money to Satyendra Jain and DG Tihar, but no action was taken.

Sukesh has said that Satyendra Jain, who is in Tihar Jail No. 7, is threatening and harassing me through DG Jail to withdraw the complaint from the High Court. In a letter to the Lieutenant Governor, he wrote that I appeal to you to conduct a direct inquiry by the investigating agency on my complaint, which I have also given to the CBI. He claimed that he was ready to give evidence against Satyendra Jain. Along with this, Sukesh has also talked about giving 164 statements. Sukesh has written that the truth should come out, because now I cannot keep it inside me more than this, I will expose them by bringing the truth of AAP and their so-called true government.
