A fake letter from MLA Devmani Dwivedi from Lambhua seat of Sultanpur in UP is going on a rampage on social media. The list of cases filed against people of particular caste was viral on the letter head of this MLA. Police has registered an FIR on its behalf in Hazratganj Kotwali, Lucknow. An FIR has been written against sections of the IT Act for cheating, forgery, spreading malice.

On the other hand, MLA Devmani Dwivedi tweeted in this regard. He wrote, "A fake letter referring to me is being circulated on social media. I request all my supporters not to get into any deception. I am also going to take legal action against such rumors.'

In the upcoming tweet, the MLA wrote, "On a fake letter in my name going viral on social media today, in the Kotwali Hazratganj, Lucknow, necessary legal proceedings have been started by registering 153 IT, 153B and 66 IT Act. "Recently, BJP MLA Devamani Dwivedi came into the discussion on the issue of Brahmins by asking questions to the government. He has questioned the number of Brahmins killed in the state in the last 3 years (Yogi term). For this, how many Brahmins were killed and how many accused were arrested in these cases in the last three years by applying for questions in the Vidhan Sabha? Asked for this information. Devmani Dwivedi, who first became an MLA from Lambhua seat of Sultanpur, came to the news discussion recently when he went to Aligarh in support of BJP MLA Rajkumar Maddaghar.
