Bhopal: These days, the famous Bageshwar Dham chief and narrator Dhirendra Shastri is in the news.  Millions of devotees are thronging his stories. Wherever they go, the public becomes crazy. Meanwhile, Puri Shankaracharya Swami Nischalananda Saraswati, who arrived in Bhopal, has given a big statement on Bageshwar Dham chief Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri.

Shankaracharya Swami Nischalananda Saraswati said that Pandit Dhirendra Shastri is the spokesperson of the BJP. Jagadguru Shankaracharya said the BJP was using Pandit Dhirendra just like it had used Ravi Shankar and Baba Ramdev. When the media asked Jagadguru Shankaracharya a question about Dhirendra Shastri, he said, "You are getting a Shankaracharya to review a narrator and BJP spokesperson." This is not fair, it is not in the national interest. BJP has made Ramdev and Dhirendra Mouni. Jagadguru Shankaracharya said that the Supreme Court changes its decision on my point.   

Significantly, this is not the first time that Dhirendra Shastri has been targeted in this way. Earlier, Swami Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand had also challenged the Bageshwar Dham government and said that they should come to Joshi Math and stop the collapsed land, then we will accept their miracle. Prior to Jagadguru Shankaracharya, the Pandokhar government had also targeted Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri without naming him.
