New Delhi: Atia Sabri of Saharanpur, who led the triple talaq case to the Supreme court, has won the case again. The court has announced a maintenance allowance of Rs 13 lakh 44 thousand. Not only this, from now onwards, he will get an allowance of 21 thousand rupees every month for maintenance. 

Let us tell that Atia had filed a petition in court on 24 November 2015 against her husband Wajid Ali. In which she told that at the time of nikah, he had given Rs 25 lakh to Wajid Ali's family along with a car, jewelry, house, but even then they were demanding Rs 20 lakh after marriage. When the family members of Atiya did not pay the money, they tried to kill the victim by poisoning them.

When Wajid poisoned her, she escaped and came to her mother's house. After which Wajid divorces her. After getting divorced, Atiya decided to take the matter to court and demanded in court the maintenance allowance for her two daughters. After which now on March 22, the court ruled that the allowance will be given to Atiya, in this allowance, the first 5 years and 4 months allowance will be collected. After that, an allowance will be given of Rs 21 thousand per month.
