Ranchi: The Supreme Court has given a big relief to Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren. On a PIL filed against the allotment of leases and investments by their close aides in the shell company, the apex court said the PILs are not maintainable. With this, the Supreme Court has overturned the decision of the Jharkhand High Court.
