The Supreme Court, which is hearing cases through video conferencing, has faced a strange incident. Recently, the court had to deal with an unexpected incident when a lawyer appeared in front of the court, lying on the bed and wearing a T-shirt to defend a case. The judge expressed displeasure over this behavior of the lawyer, saying that the court's ideals and courtesy should be followed during the hearing.

The top court of the country has reprimanded the lawyer. It said that the lawyers who are involved in the trial of the cases through video conference should at least appear in accordance with the case. The court should avoid showing such pictures which are not suitable in any way. However, the lawyer apologized to the court for his behavior after which Justice S Ravindra Bhat accepted his request and pardoned him.

All exam centers will be sanitized before exam

The lawyer apologized to the top court and said that it is wrong to appear in court lying on a bed wearing a T-shirt. The Supreme Court, in its order dated June 15, said that the court believes that they should comply with courtesy when the lawyer is present in the court hearing through video conference. The lawyer should refrain from showing such pictures during his production. Such pictures can only be tolerated within the privacy of their homes. The Supreme Court said that we are all going through the corona crisis. Hearing has become a part of routine through video conferencing. In such a situation, under public nature, the lawyer should follow the minimum court methods in civilized clothes.
