The supreme court yesterday after the failure to deposit money for refunding to its investors has ordered the auction of Sahara's Aamby Valley. It has ordered to sell out the Sahara properties of worth crore rupees.

The court has also directed its chief Subrata Roy to appear before it on April 28th and has also issued an ultimatum that non-compliance of its order will leave Roy in massive trouble.

The plea of Sahara Group to have some more time in submitting the money was earlier refused by the court and on March 21,  the apex court had warned Sahara, saying it would auction Aamby Valley project if the latter fails to deposit the amount.
